Our Philosophy
Choosing a dentist is not an easy decision. A visit to a dentist can sometimes make you feel uneasy. Afterall, it is a very personal experience. At Mark Walker Family Dentistry, we believe in education; the more you understand about your dental health, the better decisions you can make. We want you to feel comfortable in both your decision for treatment and during your treatment.
Each day we strive to build a long-term relationship between our staff and our patients providing you comfortable high quality dental services for your entire family. We've been providing comfortable, quality dental services to caring families for several years. You'll like the difference.
Payment Options
You may pay by cash, check, or credit cards at the time of service. In addition we offer special low APR financing (o.a.c.) with up to 6 month, interest free plans through Care Credit®. The financial guideline in our office is that we ask all patients to pay us in full the day that service is provided (or started in the case of a multiple-visit procedure), unless prior arrangements have been made with the Office Manager. For certain lengthy appointments, we may ask for a deposit in advance to reserve the Doctor’s time.
As a courtesy, if you have a dental plan, the office will gladly file insurance claims. Of course, we will need accurate, complete information regarding your benefit in order for us to submit any claim on your behalf; we cannot be responsible for incomplete or outdated benefit information. We submit all insurance claims electronically for faster service. This means you pay only the difference between the fee and the amount of the insurance benefits paid. Our business office will be happy to help you with any questions regarding fees and insurance coverage.
What is the best dental coverage? Whatever restrictions or inclusions your dental insurance plan covers and/or whether you have insurance or not, the less expensive and easiest way is prevention including regular check-ups and early treatment. Procrastination results in more extensive and complicated treatment that can multiply the cost of care in a short period of time. That's why we offer multiple payment options so you can complete a more suitable treatment plan and avoid compromising your welfare.
It is our policy to inform you of the fee(s) for your treatment in advance. However, due to the very nature of any individual dental situation, your necessary treatment may differ from the original plan. We will keep you informed if any change in your treatment is recommended. You will be advised of any difference in fee(s) accordingly.
